He is survived by: his wife Donna Harris Leland of Columbia; his children, Carla Payne (Shawn) of Columbia and Marty Leland (Renee) of Columbia; his grandchildren, Chelsea Talley (Brock), Allye Leland, Caitlynn Payne, Caleb Payne (Janna Hardy) and Shelby Hawley (Jamie); his great grandchildren, Harper Talley and Isabelle Talley; and his siblings-in-law, George Harris (Dianne) and Nora Williams Harris.
