He is survived by: his wife Diane Hargis Meacham; his son Bobby Lewis Meacham, Jr. (Amy) of Columbia; his brothers, Randall Meacham (Karen) of Hopkinsville, KY and Gary Meacham (Bertha) of Lexington, KY; his brother-in-law Randy Hargis (Dorothy) of Bowling Green, KY; and his granddaughter Telina Meacham.
