He is survived by: his children, Deborah Jewell, Jan Carter, Beth Kekich (Gary), Nancy Weaver (Tim) and David Nicholson Holt; and his grandchildren, Naomi Holt, Sara Jewell Callahan, Joshua Jayne, Jada Jayne, Kimberly Dawn Crawford (Darren), Ryan Weaver and Dylan Weaver. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
