She was predeceased by: her parents, W. T. Adams and Virgie Mai Pittman Adams; her husband Donald Leroy Bigsby; her son Terry Wayne Peay; her siblings, Thomas Adams, Pat Adams, Earl Adams, Clara Norman and Bertha Barber; and her half-brother Dale Adams.
She is survived by: her daughter Melisa Gordan of Columbia; her sisters, Virgie Maie Denton of Columbia, Barbara Ann Hooper (Arnold) of Culleoka and Patsy Gaile Walker (Bobby) of Trenton; and her half-sister Laura Mayberry of Columbia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
