We are sad to announce that on August 17, 2024, at the age of 86, Barbrie Ree Webb Gowan of Columbia, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse LyFate Webb and Ruby Bell Scribner Webb; her husband John William "Billy" Gowan; and her siblings, John Byse Webb, J. B. Webb, Mildred Louise Webb Minor and Florence Ruth Webb Pollock.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth William Gowan (Debra) and Lisa Kay Gowan Maupin (Troy); her grandchildren, Kendall Gowan, Brandon Gowan, Chase Maupin and Jared Maupin; her great grandchild Kylie Matthew; and her sister Edna Beula Webb Waters. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
