It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara S. Quiggin of Columbia, Tennessee, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on December 21, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Robert Lee Noel; her husband Jim Quiggin; and her son Eric Holt. She is survived by: her mother Patsy Sue McDaniel Lee; her daughter Alisha Quiggin of Columbia; her siblings, Robert Lee Noel, Jr. of Columbia, Pam Kalakay of Columbia and Shandra Rock (Andy) of Memphis; and her grandchildren, Marisa Holt and Karis Holt.
