He is survived by: his children, Jerry Shouse (Colette) of Santa Fe, TN, Billy Shouse of Columbia, TN and Judy Neale (James) of Lynnville, TN; and his grandchildren, Jeri Renee Crane (Shane), Michael Ashley Shouse (Marvinda), Patrick Colton Shouse, Dakota Cheyenne Shouse, Lisa Marie Owens (Timothy Wayne), Samuel Neale (Ashley), Benjamin Neale (Lauren) and Caleb Neale (Allysa). He is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren.
