He was predeceased by: his parents, Melbourne Leland and Constance Avery Puckett. He is survived by: his wife Susan Hannah Puckett of Columbia, TN; his children, Leland Wade Puckett (Nathalie) of Columbia, TN and Paula Jean Potter of Columbia, TN; his siblings, David Leland Puckett (Linda) of Murfreesboro, TN and Jan Tidwell of Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Hallie Lane Puckett, Brandon Pameticky, Austin Pameticky, Carley Pameticky, Madeline Puckett and Hannah LaFever (Jacob).
