She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Morton McNeely, Sr. and Dorothy Smith McNeely; her siblings, Jessie Morton McNeely, Jr., Jackie Butler and Joan Leonard; and her former husband Ed Tywater.

She is survived by: her husband Kenny Wells; her son Jeff Wells (Mandy Childs); her stepdaughters, Tara, Brandi Wells and Leslie Kelley; her grandchildren, Dustin Wells (Evie) and Jessica Wells; her great grandchildren, Amara and Atreus Wells; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, John Fischer and Kristen Kelley.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Audrey Wells Memorial Fund.
