He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Martin; his mother Leigh Burdick Moore; his daughters, Anna Leigh Moore, Adriana Lexus Moore and Ashlyn Brown; and his siblings, Keith Daniel Moore, Mary Alexandra Moore, Diane Moore and Jordan Woodard.
