She is survived by: her son Jim Chaney; her grandchildren, Nicole Palame, Erica Howard, Ann Marie Schulz, Benson Cothran and Anastasia Chaney; her great grandchildren, Kaylee Cothran and Mason Cothran; and her husband Carlyle Barefoot. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
