He was predeceased by: his parents, Evry Hugh Dale and Annie Myers Dale; his spouse Juliett Young; his son Andrew "Bubby" Dale, Jr.; and his siblings, Pauline Dunlap, Mary Rowe, Wilson Dale, Fontaine Dale and Gibbs "Jimmy" Dale.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Dale of Nashville and Sylvia Mitchell of Columbia; and his grandchildren, Jason Dale (Vanissa), Brandon Williams, Andrew Mitchell, Devon Dale (Kristen) and Brie Mitchell. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
