He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Nathan "Buddy" and Ollie Mae Roberson Bailey; his wife Nita Jean Bailey; and his siblings, Emerald Nathan Bailey and Ruth Bailey Dixon.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Harville (Eddie) of Savannah, TN and Dickie Joe Bailey (Patricia) of Lutts, TN; his grandchildren, Jennifer Bosworth (Alan), Jim Morris (Caroline), Julia Hammond (Chris), Melanie Cromwell (Steven), Emily Craven (Josh) and Chelsea Brewer (Deewayne); his great grandchildren, Stella Bosworth, Caleb, Ella, Isabell, Natalie, Bailey Hammond, Sailor, Baylee Cromwell, Pearl and Jasper Craven; and his siblings, Billy Joe Bailey (Shirley) of Iron City, TN, William Deloyd Bailey (Eva) of Jackson, MI and Judy Ann Coffman of Iron City, TN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
