She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Blevins and Emma Jackson Blevins; and her siblings, Tim, Herman, James, Ottis Blevins and Aldean Peden.
She is survived by: her husband Hollis Butler of Cypress Inn, TN; her sons, Michael Ray Butler (Peggy) of Cypress Inn, TN and Joseph Anthony Butler (Joey) of Florence, AL; her grandchildren, Ina, Jena Butler, Candise Cooper (Kane), Matt Butler, Noah and Caleb Cooper; her brother Jack Blevins of Florence, AL.; and also Angie of Cypress Inn, TN.
