He is survived by: his mother June Montgomery of Pulaski, TN; his children, Jeffrey Montgomery Jr. of Pulaski, TN, Dylan Montgomery of Lawrenceburg, TN, Mikel Montgomery of Lawrenceburg, TN, Jackson Montgomery (Baylee) of Collinwood, TN, Cayla Donaldson of Lawrenceburg, TN and Chloe Montgomery of Collinwood, TN; his stepchildren, Kaleb Clark (McKaylin) of Collinwood, TN, Amanda Daniels (Nick) of Nashville, TN and Kerri Price (Brent) of Memphis, TN.; his stepgrandchildren, Ella Price, Clark Daniels, Kason Clark, Raelyn Clark, Maebri Clark, Landon Price and Jenson Daniels; his siblings, Timothy Montgomery (Helen) of Cahoka, IL and Stephanie Montgomery of Pulaski, TN; his nephews, Taylor Walters, Charles Montgomery and Glenn Cross; his close friends, James Smith, Pete Hughes, Mike Ricketts and Ray Ammons; and his pet Jinxe.
