It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George G. W. Hill (Collinwood, Tennessee), who passed away on February 12, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Hill Sr. and Virgie E. Jones Hill; his wife Mavis Irene Hayes; his siblings, Garland Hill, Everett Hill, Clarence "Tootsie" Hill and Anna Hill Harris; and his granddaughter Amanda Hill.
He is survived by: his children, Beverly Yarbrough of Forence and Roger Hill (Renee) of Iron City; and his grandchildren, Samantha Credille (Jobal), Jessica Key (Dustin), Lydia Adams (Trueman), Abby Hanback (Donny Joe), Anna Lea Hudson (Morgan), Alana Pigg (Tyler) and Allie Hill. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
