He is survived by: his wife Rosena Rich Phillips of Florence, AL; his son Cloyd Ray "Chip" Phillips Jr. (Dena) of Florence, AL; his grandchildren, Raylee, Weston and Jesse; and his sisters-in-law, JoAnn Statom (Ralph) of Collinwood, TN, Teresa Evans (Dwight), Wanda Phillips of Killen, AL and Roseanne Rich of Waynesboro, TN. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
