She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Smith, Jr. (Buck) and Penelope Brewer Smith (Penny); and her grandparents, John V., Uzora Brewer, Ralph Smith and Clarice Smith McFall.
She is survived by: her children, Nick Moore (Bridget) of Lutts, TN and Jobie Janes (Jason) of Waynesboro, TN; her grandchildren, Harbor Penelope Moore and Jaya Rose Janes; her sisters, Tina Risner (Tommy) of Collinwood, TN and Susie Smith of Collinwood, TN; and the father of her children Michael Moore. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Her family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be given to the Butterfly Foundation.
