He was predeceased by: his parents, Birdie Thompson Heard and James Ross Heard. He is survived by: his brother Lester Paul Heard (Nancy); his nephew Derrick Heard (Amanda); and his nieces, Emma, Hannah and Megan Heard.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Shackelford Funeral Directors - Collinwood (993 TN-13, Collinwood, TN 38450). A graveside service was held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Memorial Gardens of Wayne County - Collinwood (993 TN-13, Collinwood, TN 38450).
