Though Zena may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Zena touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Dewey Simmons, Sr. and Zena Nunnelly Parham. She is survived by: her children, Diane Strobel (Philip) of Burleson and Michael "Mike" Parham (Ilinda) of Germantown; and her husband Ralph Parham.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Shackelford Funeral Directors - Bolivar (109 Mecklinburg Dr, Bolivar, TN 38008). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Grand Junction Cemetery (498 Walnut St, Grand Junction, TN 38039).
