He was predeceased by: his parents, William Curtis Adair, Sr. and Mary Catherine McKee Adair; his siblings, Mary Lee Adair Beloate, Etta Louise Adair Johnson and James David Adair; and his grandson DJ Lea.

He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his daughters, April Max (Justin), Ginger Naylor (David), Lacey Adair Bishop, Leslie Adair, Tammy Adair Millington (Frank) and Kerry Adair Taylor; his siblings, Frank Allen Adair, Betty Adair Kirk and Deborah Kay Adair Bullock; his grandchildren, Kinsley Max, Knox Naylor, Stella Naylor, Emerson Max, Sydney Bishop, Chase Bishop, Ariana Millington, Alexis Millington and Cody Williams; and his great grandchildren, Tucker Williams and Bentley Lea.
