He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Mitchell and Mary Edna Humphrey Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Billions Mitchell; his sons, Wayne Mitchell and Michael Mitchell (Eleonora); his granddaughter Laura Potts (Evan); his great grandchildren, Rowan Potts and Ellis Potts; and his sister Marilyn Wray. He is also survived by loving in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
