He is survived by: his wife Sharon Samson of Collierville; his daughter Nicole Samson of Counce, TN; his stepdaughter Stephanie Wilkerson (Allen) of Germantown, TN; his grandchildren, Gracie of Germantown, TN, Christopher of Germantown, TN and Andrew Wilkerson of Germantown, TN; his pets, Buddy and Sammy Samson of Counce, TN.; and his siblings, Tim Samson (Shelly) of Bonnett's Mill, Marie Sirridge (Mike) of Kansas City and Tony Samson (Peggy) of Sioux Falls.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Pete's honor to The ALS Association (http://www.als.org.).
