He is survived by: his wife Beth; his children, Brooke Clement (Bowers) of Memphis, TN, Michael O'Neill (Christi) of Nashville, TN and Mary Elizabeth O'Neill (Clayton Sherrillo) of Nashville, TN.; his grandchildren, Mary Reagan, Palmer Lee Clement (Brooke), Andrew Michael and Quinn Kelly O'Neill (Michael); his father Ronald "Ron" Michael O'Neill, Sr. of Germantown, TN; his siblings, Elizabeth "Liz" Griffith (Jimmy) of Dallas, TX, Stephanie Giovanetti (Tom) of Birmingham, AL and Parks O'Neill (Kelly) of Germantown, TN; and his nieces and nephews, Collin Griffith (Jessica), Neill Giovanetti (Belle), Parks O'Neill, Jr., Catherine Carroll (Tim), Grace Giovanetti, Anna Claire O'Neill and Khristian East.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Catholic Church of the Incarnation (360 Bray Station Rd, Collierville, TN 38017). A rosary was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
