He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud Hendrickson and Kathryn Hendrickson. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Hendrickson; his daughters, Katie Lewis (Justin) and Lisa Hamblin (Jay); his grandchildren, Ryan Wills, Gracie Doyle, Josi Lewis and Riley Doyle; his pets, Lola, Ellie and Buddy; and his sisters, Patricia Hood of Coulterville, IL and Kathy Cox of Port Washington, WI. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
