He is survived by: his son Warren Johnson (Patty); his stepdaughter Melissa Chambers; his sister Sandy Brown; his granddaughter Amy Bynum; his great grandchildren, Charlee and Birklee Bynum; his pet Socks; and his brother Clayton Johnson.
