She is survived by: her husband Herman O'Neal Phillips; her son Lynn O'Neal Phillips (Jane Marie) of San Antonio; and her grandsons, Jeffery O'Neal Phillips, Jonathan Wesley Phillips and Jacob Ryan Phillips.
