He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Lester Goldsmith and Judy Payton Goldsmith. He is survived by: his son Marshall Payton Goldsmith of Dallas, Texas; his brother Lester Goldsmith; his sister-in-law Beth Gooch of Byhalia, Mississippi; his sister Kay Goldsmith Lewis of Germantown; and his former wife Melissa Lovelace of Austin, Texas..
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Central Church (2005 E Winchester Blvd, Collierville, TN 38017). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
