It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Heather Clements (Collierville, Tennessee), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on January 19, 2020, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Linda Tilzey. She is survived by: her father Harold Tilzey; her husband Patrick; her children, Jacqueline and Jonathan; and her sisters, Dara Fairgrieves (Alan) and Alice McConnell. She is also survived by extended family and cherished lifelong friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
