With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Johnie Marvin Hobbs of Collierville, Tennessee, born in Petersburg, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 16, 2024 at the age of 85. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Hobbs and Walter Hobbs; and his siblings, Roy, Billy, George, James Loyd and Jewel Tipton.
He is survived by: his wife Doris; his daughter Patti Allen; his son-in-law Mike Allen; his daughter Tammy Hobbs of Boca Raton, FL; his grandchildren, Emily Turner (Harold), Zach Allen (Lisa) and John Allen (Jill); his great grandchildren, Hailey Samples, Hayden Samples, Cruz Allen and Ivy Dell Allen; and his great great grandchild Lainey Grace Samples.
