He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Spicer and Irene Spicer; and his siblings, Edwin "Goobin" of Theodore, JT, John Thomas and Marie.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah; and his children, Ann Bird (Joe), Joe Spicer Jr. (Brenda), Richie Spicer (Sandi), Wendy Dalton (Frank), Beth Spicer (Clint) and Brad Spicer (Lauren).
