He is survived by: his wife Beverly Gresham; his sons, Jack Gresham (Flotyl), Greg Gresham (Vicky), Mike Gresham and Tim Gresham (Angela); and his grandchildren, Lizzy Huey (Chad), Bradley Gresham, Kelley Hunter (Jordan), Whitney Gresham, Jimmy Gresham (Alaina), Jack Gresham, Maggie Gresham, Emma Gresham, Derek Hunter, James Hunter and Oakley Huey.
