He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Slover and Elsie Irene Slover (Hogan); and his sister Diane Baskin. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Ann Slover (McQuirter); his son Chris Slover; his daughter-in-law Missy Slover of Franklin, TN; his grandsons, Grant Slover and Preston Slover of Franklin, TN; his nephew Patrick Bishop of Kingsport, TN; his brother-in-law Bob Baskin of Memphis, TN.; and his son Grant Slover.
