He is survived by: his wife Margaret Ann Kroschewsky Hayes; his children, Tony Hayes, Donna Tippet and Rodney Hayes; his stepchildren, Yvonne Grokulsky, Mike Mokry, Ken Mokry, Rick Mokry, Frank Mokry, Gwen Campbell, Mark Mokry, Gary Mokry, John Mokry and Gabe Mokry; and his niece Ann Hardeman (Carl).
