He was predeceased by: his parents, William Austin Knight and Myrtis Flurry Knight; his wife Opal Ward Knight; and his brothers, Billy Knight, Thomas Knight and Joe Henry Knight.
He is survived by: his daughter Dianne Rowe (Buddy) of Collierville, TN; his granddaughters, Lori Howell (Jason) of Collierville, TN and Jennifer Ritchey (Nick) of Collierville, TN; his great grandchildren, Carson Rowe, Bailey Howell (Maria), Paige Ritchey, Colton Ritchey and Stella Ritchey; his great great grandchild Hayes Howell; and his sister Gloria Nell Kelly of Shreveport, LA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Youngs Chapel. A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the El Dorado.
