She is survived by: her parents, Donna Worley (John) and Richard K Rice; her husband Marc Higgins; her daughter Kylie Higgins; her siblings, Katherine Vagner (Bob), Kyle Rice (Hannah), Jack Rice, Hunter Worley (Katherine), Courtney Tucker (Kyle), Katie Hunter (Les) and Taylor Yatsula (Kyle); and her stepmother April Rice. She is also survived by 8 Nieces/Nephews.
