He is survived by: his children, Deborah Michael (Dan) and Jerry Nichols Jr. (Mary); his grandchildren, Jennifer Swinehart (Jack), Matthew Michael (Ali), Lindsay Massey (John) and Jay Nichols (Marie); and his great grandchildren, Lauren Swinehart, Cora Michael, Evan Nichols, Noah Nichols and Mia Massey.
