She was predeceased by: her father John Shelton; her sisters, Vicki and Janet Shelton; and her pets, Bonzai, Roxy and Diane.

She is survived by: her mother Rita Shelton (Murnahan); her husband Philip Douglas; her son Caelan Douglas; and her siblings, Beverly Rogers (Jimbo), John Shelton (Terran), Joyce Demouy (Jimmy), Sue Shelton Edwards and Scott Shelton (Nancy). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
