He is survived by: his wife Diane Strange Garrard of Olive Branch, MS; his daughter Marie Garrard Davis; his son-in-law Philip Davis of Byhalia, MS; his grandchildren, Andrew Davis and Aubrey Davis of Byhalia, MS; his mother-in-law Rose Marie Strange of Memphis, TN; his siblings, Charles Edward Garrard (Barbara) of Holcomb, MS, Linda Abernathy (Bobby) of Winona, MS and Becky Williamson (Maurice) of Grenada, MS; his siblings-in-law, Julie Minnick (Dan) of Phoenix, AZ and Ralph Strange (Sheri) of Germantown, TN; his nieces and nephews, Dana Stout (Dennis) of Madison, AL, Brad Garrard (Heather) of Itta Bena, MS, Chris Abernathy of Dallas, TX and Lauren Strange of Nashville, TN; his great-niece Anna Claire Garrard of Itta Bena, MS; and his great-nephews, Jacob Garrard (Anne Eden) of Starkville, MS, John Charles Garrard of Itta Bena, MS and Ben Abernathy of Dallas, TX..
