He was predeceased by: his parents, Neely Elliot and Sadie Lucille Vaughn Wiggins. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Sue Naylor; his son Jeff Wiggins (Tricia) of Lynchburg, VA; his siblings, Mary Sue Cooksey of Hornsby and Larry Neal Wiggins of Hornsby; and his grandchildren, Keegan and Colin Wiggins.
