She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Morris Watkins and Clara Elizabeth Harkay Watkins; and her siblings, Olivia Watkins Ledgerwood and Billy Morris Watkins. She is survived by: her sons, John Booth Outlan (Janey) of Heartsburg, MO and William Blair Outlan (Johna) of Hickory Withe, TN; and her grandson William Blair Outlan, Jr..
