He is survived by: his mother Britina Rhew-Looney; his stepfather Anthony Looney of Bartlett, TN; his father Tim Razer (April) of Arlington, TN; his grandparents, Michael, Brigitte Rhew and Tanya Fulgham of Conway, AR; his stepgrandparents, Tony and Penny Looney of Bartlett, TN; his great-grandparents, William and Brigitte Jackson of Southaven, MS; his siblings, Alyssa Rhew (Nephew Connor), Reagan Looney, Keaton Looney of Bartlett, TN and Nolan Razer of Arlington, TN; and his uncles, Kyle Rhew of Germantown, TN, Michael Razer (Margaret) of Conway, AR, Jeff Razer (Sherri) of Kansas City, KS and Along. He is also survived by cousins, extended family members, and friends.
