He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lottie West and Fletcher West of Tupelo, MS.; his wife Doris; his brothers, Jerry West and Jimmy West; his children, Bill West Jr., Debbie Newell and Mark West; and his grandchildren, Nelly Newell Mayo, Chase Newell, Austin Newell, Tatum West Wagner, Taylor West Fanning, Will West, Chandler West, Drew West and Eli West. He was also cherished by six great grandchildren.
