It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Terry Allen Guyn of Collegedale, Tennessee, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on March 23, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Guyn and Isabell Guyn; his wife Jackie; his stepsons, Kelley, Kevin and Michael Lane; his siblings, Carl, Richard Guyn, Sally Brock and Tula Harrison; his stepgrandchildren, Andrew, Megan, Sarah Lane and Amber Dietz; and his stepgreat-grandchild Holland Lane.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital are encouraged.
