It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia McLaughlin Whitson of Collegedale, Tennessee, who passed away on December 22, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James McLaughlin and Mary Medve McLaughlin. She is survived by: her children, Michael Lee Whitson (Maureen), Shelley Whitson Stern (Rick) and Brian Lee Whitson (Darian); her grandchildren, Isabella, Bradley and Adam Stern; and her brother Jim McLaughlin.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to the Humane Society.
