She was predeceased by: her husband William Hulsey (Bill); her parents, Ulmer J. Ezell and Pansy Mae Newton Ezell; and her siblings, Jackson Ezell, Lemoyne Ezell and Yvonne Ezell Chapman.

She is survived by: her children, Donna Harold (John), Barbara Rodgers and Steve Hulsey (Cynthia); and her brother Norman Ezell. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and many other cherished relatives.
