He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Mangrum and Roberta Mangrum; and his brother Tandy Dan Mangrum. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Mangrum of College Grove, TN; and his siblings, Kenneth Mangrum (Polly) and Shelia Wilson (Tom) of Plattsburg, NY.
