He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Ellis and Beryl Beatrice Walters Crabtree; his wife Shirley Joann Crabtree; his son Charles Crabtree; his son-in-law Jim Ankiewicz; and his siblings, Doris Grimm and Richard Crabtree.
He is survived by: his daughters, Robin Berryman (Roy) of College Grove, TN, LouAnn Crabtree of Naples, Kimberly Elliott of West Mansfield, OH and Tonda Ankiewicz of West Mansfield, OH; his daughter-in-law Denise Crabtree of Indian Lake, OH; his son Laurence Anderson of Sneedville, TN; and his sister Ruth Ann DeSpain (Bob) of Enon, OH. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandson, several bonus great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
