He is survived by: his parents, Stan Adams and Tammy Adams of College Grove, TN; his son Kaden Adams; his siblings, Mallorie Costa (Andrew) and Matt Adams; his nephew Cash Costa; the mothers of child, Kaden and Catherine Zakresky; and his grandfather Joe Waggoner.
