She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hobart "Mutt" Nunley and Mary Magdalene "Duck" Johnson Nunley. She is survived by: her husband Louis S. "Red" Nunley; her granddaughter Makayla Cheyenne Johnson; her siblings, Clarence, Max Nunley, Janie "Gap" Nunley, Elaine "Tan" Brown Shadrick and George Nunley; her half-siblings, Bill, Charles Nunley and Gladys McGee; her children, Yvonne Johnson (Brad), Ralph Nunley (Lori) and Bruce Nunley (Kim); her siblings, Joe Nunley (Ann), Lois Seagroves, Donna Knost (Bernard), Ruth Braden (Bill), Pam Morris (Craig) and Kate Braden (Barry); and her grandchildren, Deanna Duren (Gerald), Sarah Nunley, Faith Meeks (Tanner), Brady Johnson and Hope Nunley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Layne Funeral Home, Inc. (32871 TN-108, Gruetli-Laager, TN 37365). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at the Fall Creek Cemetery (30067 TN-108, Gruetli-Laager, TN 37339).
